All these links will open a new window.  They have a wealth of resources such as articles, reading lists, downloadable information sheets, etc.

I will be annotating and building out this list later, but these are not only a good start, they are also very reputable sites.

These are three of my currently favorite books; two of them are cookbooks. The links are to Amazon.com, but you can get them from anywhere.  What I like about Amazon.com is that you can easily access the publisher name and ISBN number.
